Dear Well-wishers and Doctors, We wish to express our warm appreciation and sincere gratitude for the outstanding support and encouragement we have been receiving for the last 18 yrs. Ashtavinayak Diagnostic center was founded by Mr. Ajit Kadam in 2003. Today Ashtavinayak Diagnostic center is recognized as a 24 X 7 ISO certified and Computerised pathology Laboratory having to tie up with more than a number of 2 hospital having 50 beds capacity and more than 6 collection centers all over Navi Mumbai, servicing more than 6 hospitals in Kharghar & Panvel. The laboratory caters to more than >100 patients every day and performs more than 350 specialized tests comprising of Infertility tests, Biochemistry tests, Histopathology, Cancer markers, and Hormones. introduced world-class gold standard in technology and services to Navi Mumbai to provide an accurate solution with ethical standards and care as its core value. My father Mr. R.R. Kadam started with first blood bank in old Panvel (Dist. Riagarh), in the year 1996 by name of M/S Shree Sai Blood Bank (Components) I completed my M.Sc. (Micro) and Diploma in Medical & Laboratory Technology (D.M.L.T) After working for 4 years with Dr. Patkar’s pathology laboratory at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, I started Ashtavinayak Diagnostic Centre in September 2003 at Panvel. Today, With my overall 17 years of experience I am running pathology 2 laboratories and a blood bank (component) in various areas of Navi Mumbai. I have also established the network of many hospitals having various capacity from 50 beds to 25 beds in area of Kharghar and Panvel.

Quality Policy

1. The laboratory pledges to do quality work in the field of Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Serology, Immunoassay, and Clinical Pathology with accurate, precise test results in a timely and efficient manner.

2. The laboratory also strives to be a patient (customer) focused organization, exhibiting good leadership and teamwork to consistently improve customer satisfaction.

3. The laboratory renders excellent service to patients through highly trained, well-qualified, and competent laboratory professionals who are continually trained.

4. The laboratory monitors certain Quality Indicators in all 3 phases (Pre-examination, Examination, and Post-examination) for Continual Improvement in Authentic Patient Care.

5. The laboratory is well-equipped with high-end equipment to fulfill the scope of testing and adheres to strict calibration & maintenance (AMC/CMC) protocols as per manufacture recommendations at predefined intervals and also as per the ISO 15189:2012 international standards requirements and participating in the PT program (EQAS(USA) & EQAP AIIMS Haematology.

6. The laboratory staff is committed to attaining the highest level of integrity, compliance, and ethics as paramount while serving, for which their competency is evaluated regularly.
